Who has some recommendations for delivery options in Tampa. My wife and I are heading there for 4 nights and want some decent bubbles to enjoy on the beach before we head to the “Mecca” most nights while in town. I’m looking for both selection and reasonable price.
And what is the deal with Bern’s fine wines? Do they pull from the restaurant cellar?
Why not just buy from B-21 when you get there?

Yes, Bern’s has a very deep storage facility in the restaurant itself and yet another on the other side of the valet lot.
Chris- Based on what I’ve seen Bern’s fine wines does not pull from the restaurant cellar. It’s a nice retail shop and Rhett from B-21 has moved over there. I don’t believe they do delivery though so B-21 is the best option for depth and breadth of inventory and getting it delivered.
