Got a PM from the System saying it has problems with my email address and getting bounce backs, yet as far as I know I am getting messages
Wasn’t a phishing email?
I usually just reply back with my ssn, and banking info and the emails stop.

We’re sorry, but we’re having trouble reaching you via email. Our last few emails to you have all bounced back as undeliverable.
Can you make sure your email address is valid and working? You may also wish to add our email address to your address book / contact list to improve deliverability.

can you post a screenshot of the PM you received, or forward it to me?
Also, our system is having trouble accessing all your financial records and passwords - could you send those? 
by looking at your email address, it’s very possible hotmail has been blocking WB emails, routing them to spam, particularly if you have personal settings setup that notify you by PM (which goes to email) of every notification - likely a lot of them.
I have been getting my PM notifications via email, except for the last one from System.
I (unashamedly) use hotmail and have no issues with wb emails, fwiw.
