The California Enological Research Association, of which I am vice-president, is conducting a survey on barrel storage. All data are collected anonymously.
We hope to collect all the data by May 22. It will probably take 1-2 weeks to parse all the data. Once I have the results, I will post them here as well as on the CERA website.
