Sunday - January 31st - Lugeresque Luncheon Episode V "The Whino's Strike Back"

Bob - I added you to the Barolo and Barbaresco table, welcome aboard!

This has turned into a mini enrollment drive.

If you build it, they will come.

Paul and Carla Hagerman want to join at Burgundy Table #2. He’s not registered for the board yet but ought to be posting to confirm soon. [dance-clap.gif]

Mark - Sorry, but I have to cancel.

Sorry to hear it, you’ll be missed.

Please add me +1 to Table 7 (Burgundy 2). Thanks.

Done, and welcome aboard!

Hugh [thankyou.gif]

Welcome Hugh. There is talk of a Spanish themed table opening up, would you like to wait to see if that happens or join one of the other tables with an opening?

Hi Mark,

FYI-i used to live in amawalk!
Let’s keep my options open for now!!
Would love to do spain if there’s interest.
Will there be a “suggested minimum retail”?

What about a second Bordeaux table?..dare i suggest left bank vs right bank?

Well, actually I was contacted and asked to make a second California table by a group, so that will be the final table for now.

I was at the restaurant last night for their 15th annual “Duck Dinner” and there were 80-90 people and it was a bit close and got very warm. I think for now I will limit this to 8 tables of ten.

There is no real suggested retail value requirement, but using past Luger Luncheons as an example people really tend to step up their offerings. No plonk is served at these events.

Table 3 has a thread going here:

Thanks Keith!

I messed up on the “real names” policy signing up, it took an extra day and an email to clear up. I was up too late and not reading carefully [oops.gif]

Yes, we are happy to be signed up and look forward to a great wine dinner.

Nice smilies on this site. I think I’ll be able to communicate more clearly.

Table 5 - Barolo and Barbaresco - has a thread up:

Sorry, Amy doesn’t want to do Barolo with this food. Can we be at Table 6 - California?

For you? Nothing is too good!

Except being at your table. [cry.gif]
