Last day of vacation dinner. 
Nature veal cutlets, pounded thin. Egg bath, panko bread-crumbs with some parsley, salt and pepper. Pan fried in corn oil and olive oil blend. Boston lettuce with 12 year old Balsamico oil and extra virgin olive oil. Rosemary’d red potatoes.
