I have been enjoying reading snippets on substack, but have not made the jump to a paid subscription yet. Are there any wine related substacks I should check out?

I enjoyed Not Drinking Poison quite a bit when it was a blog but haven’t read anything since he moved it to a Substack subscription. For wine, it’s purely on the natural. More than the wine I enjoyed the Paris resto and food recommendations.
I have enjoyed Aaron Ayscough’s writing. And I have heard that his substack is his main means of making money. Which seems easier to do in France.

Paul Gregutt’s Northwest Wine Guide has great coverage of Oregon and Washington wines.

He was just here yesterday. Love Paul. There’s really no one in our part of the world like him. Lives in the Northwest and has been covering Northwest wine for decades. Not sure there’s anyone doing it all these days.
