I’m wondering if it’s safe to make veal force meat a day ahead of the meal. (It’s a stuffing of breadcrumbs, suet (but I’ll be using veg shortening due to supply issues ), herbs and lemon, with a beaten egg or two and a splash of milk). My fridge is normally at 3C could go down to 2C. I usually make it morning of, but want to reduce workload tomorrow.
I would think you’d be fine.
