And no Manzi, I’m NOT advocating the butchering of a certain BB Administrator.

I’ll raise a glass to that!

The Joy of Cooking used to contain recipe for squirrel. I’m not sure if the current edition contains a recipe; I’ll need to check.
Apparently, squirrel meat is supposed to be very tasty - lean and tender.
I’m thinking a young CDP would pair well.

We shoot them all the time here in Arkansas. We usually grill them whole after cleaning, or cut them up, like in the video and fry them in peanut oil. Coated with a light dusting of seasoned flour. It takes a “mess” of em to make a meal. Some damn good ole country eatin.

I’m more of a Gerbil type guy.

You and Mayo-nnaise.

WARNING: Not exactly SFW.

Bob Fleming . . . ol’ reliable himself. That one always brings tears to my eyes.

OMG! That is the funniest thing I have ever heard!
