The tasting was a small one at the wine cellar club in irvine. Here are my highlights. The 61 was seamless! It was a birth year wine for my buddy that went with me and it was awesome. A guest went to his locker and opened a 04 Colgin that was out of this world good. The 83 latour was very tight…it needs time for sure, but still a treat to drink. There were quite a few young burgs that were not showing very well.
