South African Syrah rating

Hi guys, new to WB

Was hoping to get people’s thoughts on good South-African Syrah. Just bought a bottle of Porseleinberg Red 2021 to try (although it seems they need a few years before being at peak). Ive tried Mulineux Shist which is excellent. Any other recommendations? Love Jamet, Guillaume Gilles, Marc Sorrel, De Gouye and few other Northern Rhone producers.

Thanks for the help!

Porseleinberg is great, I have some. Sadie Columella is amazing rhone blend SA wine too.

Sadie definitely one of the best around. Sijnn, Savage, Joubert-Tradauw and Arendsig are also some solid names.

Thanks, have a bit of Collumella, always seems to be too young

+1 for Savage here too, with both cuvées, the Red and the Girl Next Door.

Boekenhoutskloof also offers a very good one (they own Porseleinberg).
