How were the pours? 1 oz? 2oz?
It depends on the tasting and how many people are there / how many bottles. Typically 1 oz pours to start.

Absolutely incredible.
I am not sure I will pay the price for Initial. I feel like you can have many other champagnes that are kind of similar, but 1/3rd the price.
But VO, Substance, Millesime and Rose were fantastic.

It was great meeting you! Agree with your assessment. That 03 rose might have been my WOTN.
The Ulysse Collin was surprising to me. Can’t say I enjoyed it as much as previous times (I remember loving my first time trying it) but it could’ve been palate fatigue.
