The Four Seasons here in ATL does a Bazooka Joe flavored vodka…dangerous.

Can’t get pure grain alcohol here is Cali. You can buy medical grade marijuana, but not Everclear. [shrug.gif]

In Oregon, you can get Everclear at the neighborhood liquor store but you can’t get Bailey’s Irish Cream at Albertson’s. Stupid liquor laws.

I would have to agree that Everclear definitely provides the faster flavor extraction, however, I can’t comment on where you can find it because I wasn’t the one buying it. [whistle.gif]

A client just made his own Limoncello with Everclear, I have a btl in my fridge. I have not had everclear or grain alcohol since my frat days.

The good (?) news is that it’s seriously diluted in the process, and you’ll probably remember your limoncello the next morning. I used meyer lemons for one batch. Shocking color from the Everclear extraction, like neon pee.
