I was looking to try a new recipe for a party last weekend, so I made Ina Garten’s roasted shrimp with orzo and feta:
It’s very good and easy (although it requires a LOT of chopping). A few things, though:

It says 6 servings, but it makes much more than that. I had a lot of leftovers.

After roasting the shrimp, I would cut the whole shrimp into smaller pieces (into 2 or 3 pieces, depending on the size of
the shrimp). If you don’t cut the shrimp up, then the whole shrimp will take over the entire fork. -
For the dill and parsley, you only need to use 1/2 cup each–that’s plenty. But you need to chop them up very finely.
