Shrimp orzo feta recipe

I was looking to try a new recipe for a party last weekend, so I made Ina Garten’s roasted shrimp with orzo and feta:

It’s very good and easy (although it requires a LOT of chopping). A few things, though:

  1. It says 6 servings, but it makes much more than that. I had a lot of leftovers.

  2. After roasting the shrimp, I would cut the whole shrimp into smaller pieces (into 2 or 3 pieces, depending on the size of
the shrimp). If you don’t cut the shrimp up, then the whole shrimp will take over the entire fork.

  3. For the dill and parsley, you only need to use 1/2 cup each–that’s plenty. But you need to chop them up very finely.

Ina hasn’t missed many meals lately, so perhaps that explains it.

Marshall–You’re very welcome. Other than the fact that it takes a lot of chopping, I think it turned out pretty well and it’s relatively straightforward to make.

Bob–You’re bad…
