Should be interesting to see where he goes. Still does not have a big profile in Philadelphia. Maybe a restaurant will turn things around.
I really hope this works out. Some of the comments to that article are pretty amazing.
Shola’s food is great and needs a wider audience, even if it is only a slightly wider audience.

I’ve been hearing this for years. Won’t believe it until it actually happens. And I do wish him the best of luck and that it does happen.
Am attending his “corn modernista” dinner on Friday; am sure this will be quite the topic of conversation. I hope it comes to fruition!
