While you might be impressed by this achievement (posted without permission, so hopefully he doesn’t ask me to remove it), what is TRULY amazing is that @Jorge_Henriquez was sick as a dog during this test, and for weeks prior and post the event. Everybody else all studying up, being all serious, Jorge walks up without the ability to taste or smell and gets the highest score.

@Jorge_Henriquez All joking aside it’s really a tremendous accomplishment. I respect and appreciate your courage, and the endurance required to plow through such an incredibly challenging tasting. I’d forgotten that you were ill during the tasting, and am at least relieved to consider that your sense of smell and taste were slightly diminished as you bravely slogged through sherry after sherry. A real sacrifice.
