When I made the reservation, we didn’t talk set menu or a la carte.
Do we need to specify?
A la carte would be my preference.
Unless they said we had to make that choice, I don’t see a need to. I wasn’t there for the offline with the set menu, but folks were less than happy about the cost. My vote is a la carte. I still haven’t heard back from Juan via email so I’m going to call.
