I need to provide the owner the number of attendees there will be. Please note that if you have indicated you are attending, then cancel the day of, the restaurant will still charge the group for your place. It’s their policy when doing a prix-fixe menu in their private space.
Doc Dan, I’ll let the chef/proprietor know that you’ll like some alternatives where any shellfish is part of the prix-fixe.
