Are they keeping Second Flight? Seems the names are too similar to have both. I’m wondering if they’re renaming Second Flight to give it less of a “second wine” kind of name?

Agreed, “The Flight” sounds more prestigious than “Second Flight.”
Unless their angle is to sell “The Flight” to the masses…

I’m not familiar with how these forms are completed but from looking at the form, it appears it will be a dessert or port wine. Or is that how these are always filled out under the “class/type description” box at the end of the form?

Any thing over 14% is by definition a dessert wine regardless of RS. That’s the tax class delineation.
