Popped and poured this and was just so taken with it, I had to post this based on what I could remember from last night.
Color: Golden, clear, fine bubbles
Nose: Ripe apple, almond, almond cookies, toast
Palate: More apples, almonds and a very subtle honey note, acidity was medium +, finish long and persistent.
Overall impression: This is my new fave medium priced sparkler. The intensity and complexity of the nose and finish were compelling.
