Hello Berserkers-
I was tired of never having enough lemon per bite of Swordfish and didn’t want to use a heavy sauce. I came across this recipe and used it in a little Quisinart with all ingredients. I proceeded to pour the sauce on the place below where I was going to place the Swordfish. What ended up happening was each bite had the right amount of lemon to it!
This is our favorite way to serve grilled swordfish! My 8 year old tells everyone that it’s his favorite food - “better than pizza… unless it’s swordfish pizza!”
