Notes on the Wines
2020 Faun Zinfandel - straight up, no oak Zin, mid-weight.
2023 Inedal Zinfandel - new, 100% whole cluster, no oak. Very juicy and herbal.
2022 Red Blend - medium weight blend with some tannic structure.
2021 Milk Fed 5 Petit Manseng - 100% new American Oak on this as an experiment. Think a light, but oaky Napa Chard.
2021 New Gold Dream - bone-dry and very racy.
2021 Obie Riesling Curtis - also bone-dry, but barrel fermented, so a bit more oxidative and complex. Hard to pin as a Riesling in a blind as it has more tropical notes.
2021 Eserra White Zinfandel - bone-dry White Zin with some reductive matchstick notes.
2018 El Aliso Angelica - California’s original port wine. 95pts by Gilman.
