Anyone sitting on the 2011 bottling can feel ok in opening and enjoying it now. It was NOT over the hill or tired. I met Roy for lunch in St. Helena a few weeks ago and he brought along his 2011 Cab. Drinking real nice and very enjoyable with a risotto dish. I believe he said he did a slow ox from that morning.
