Slightly off topic, but I think this is the best place to post.
Local store has the 2019 Sonoma Coast Pinot for $75 and 2018 Sonoma Coast Chard for $40. I am guessing these are both great buys, right?
Yes.
They are kind of on the Aubert curve, I think. (Perhaps these have a lighter touch.) YMMV!
Not to equate the, but the style is a bit hedonistic, in a good way. They are fun to put in your mouth.

SC Pinot was $35 on release, $75 seems steep. Chard is a good deal.

2019 SC Pinot was actually $30 according to my records (not that it makes a huge difference in this case â a big markup either way).

I think thatâs a fair price for the Chardonnay but I personally wouldnât pay that for the SC Pinot.
