No results from a quick search so figured id throw it out to the larger group. Anyone have any experience with them? Looking to buy/ship a bottle for a wedding gift and they had the best price (though still ‘in-line’ / realsitic).

Well, I live in Seattle, and I have heard of them. In fact, they are an internet only site, but unlike many businesses with that model, they are not posting a list of some wholesaler’s offerings but only acquiring wines after they get an order. They actually have the wines listed on their site and I believe many more that aren’t listed.
I know the principals, as they were customers of my former business, Seattle Wine Storage. I have not personally done business with Top Tier, and I don’t know much about their business model, but I can attest their wines have been stored properly.
It’s been a while since I checked on their pricing, but a few years ago, I thought there were some real bargains. I did a quick spot check today and their prices seem very much in line with the market.

Looks like the are on the aubert and bevan list which then makes up the bulk of their inventory.
