Hi All,
I’m going up to meet a friend for lunch, are there any restos worth looking into?
Thanks,
Sam
So, not an area known for its fine cuisine, but I’ve done some duck hunting near Colusa/Williams and Granzella’s was always our stop for lunch. A local favorate, the food is very good. More a place to have a beer than a glass of wine…
I haven’t been in years but Nancy’s Airport Cafe in Willows might work for you.
I assume you will be travelling I-5 between Chico and Dunnigan - a dining wasteland. Your best bet is something in Chico - the “Lyon” of that region! That said, check out Sierra Nevada Taproom & Restaurant. You may also want to Google Mexican restaurants on your route. Unlikely anything fancy, but there may be a hidden gem. Cheers.
Farwood Bar & Grill in Orland is good. I prefer the deli at Grazellas .Chico has more options and you can never go wrong with Sierra Nevada.
Thank you all! I’ll report when I get back.
Sam
