Restaurant recs in La Paz, Mexico?

Will be in La Paz later this week. Any restaurant recs? Thanks.

I don’t have a restaurant recommendation, but I have a tour company recommendation. I was down there about eight years ago in late September with my kids and my girlfriend and her son and wanted to go out to see the whale sharks. The tour company said they weren’t any yet, but swimming with them was on my girlfriend’s bucket list and she wouldn’t give up.

She went to the marina and found two brothers who were just starting their own tour company and said they saw them out there. They were great guys and took us out and we got to swim with them allowing her to cross that off her bucket list before she passed away a couple years later. They’ve built a bigger company since and I’ve been following them on Instagram. Couple of nice guys.

Thanks, David. We have a Balandra snorkeling trip already scheduled.

Balandra is beautiful. Hpefully you make it out to Espirtu Santo. We did that as part of a tour and it was amazing. There is a sea lion colony that you can visit and swim with them in the wild. Its not a safe Disney experience  but it didnt feel unsafe. It was just a bit wild to have them flying all around swimming around you. I’ll never forget that

I was with a bunch of kids so we didnt eat out fancy but I remember prices being really fair to reasonable and the food good to very good

Found the spot, Los 32 Sabores (can’t get Instagram link to work here). Amazing black and red moles, tacos, and the best margarita I’ve ever had.
