Restaurant @ Aria, Las Vegas with wine list which makes sense

Thanks for this. Didn’t make it to JS, but we did have a very good meal at Sage last year.

I’m a big fan of Julian Serrano – food is great, my favorite is the estrallados (eggs, chorizo and fries) – wines are diverse and many bargains (it has been a few months but they had Krug NV for $90 for the half bottle). Also, no corkage charge (but I usually always buy a bottle or two off the list).

I ate there on Thanksgiving. A wonderful 4 course meal -Butternut Squash Soup, Wild Mushroom Risotto, Turkey and trimings and Apple Tart w/Vanilla Ice Cream. Best meal I had over four nights in Vegas (which included Robuchon L’Atlierie(sp), Craftsteak and Spagos).

A very friendly staff and found a wonderful new cocktail. Ginger Cognac, Pear Vodka, Crushed Mint and Soda Water. My new favorite cocktail. mmmmm.

And, I love the sports book in Aria- nice layout and comfy seats.
