If you could find Roederer vintage wines for really any series of vintages pushing you back even into the mid-90s it would be a wonderful crash course on champagne aging. Even if you could do a 1996-2002-2008-2016 or something it would be a wonderful lesson. You’d have to use Vilmart Grand Cellier d’Or, which would be a really lovely experience, and I’d highly recommend that as a more expensive grower alternative, but I suspect that will be both harder to source and considerably more expensive than finding just vintage roederer.
As far as the QPR producers go, lovely wines across the board and the community provided you with a really solid list of affordable and interesting high quality champagnes. I’m a big fan of all of those wines, and drink them with some regularity. If you just want a crash course in some styles of good champagne, they’re really nice choices. Consider also a comparison of Gosset - famously reductive style v. Bollinger - famously oxidative style if and when you get further down the champagne rabbit hole.
