I want to be able to deliver wine purchased at auction in France and elsewhere to a reliable address in Hong Kong and have the wine accepted and properly cellared.
Does anyone have a recommendation ?

Crown Wine Cellars have (1) long term (annual) storage arrangements in Tuen Mun which are cheaper but you can’t personally visit the storage facility to access the wines on a day to day basis. They are fine with receipt of wines into storage delivered by 3rd parties and also delivery and collection using their own services on a few day’s notice; and (2) also a form of membership where you can store and access the wines at the clubhouse in Shouson Hill (WW2 underground munitions bunkers). If you wish I will put you in touch with Greg Deeb who runs the show.
Alternative if you wanted your own cellar space and round the clock access, something like Wine Vault or its competitors.
I’ve used Crown since they opened and have been very happy with their service. They also handle logistics from overseas which i find very useful
Crown Cellars is not a facility that I would recommend from my experience.
There is a reason that many of the auction houses in HK have moved away from them.
JAS Logistics in HK is probably the best wine storage facility/warehouse that I have ever used, anywhere.
