Just got my bottles of Dr. Crane and they were packed in a styro holder with a slot in the middle that held an ice pack. Also, each bottle was in a closed plastic bag. First time I’ve seen both in a shipment direct from the winery.
As I recall, shipping wasn’t over the top.
