    Very similar to the last bottle opened 2 years ago. Ripe peach and melon dominate. Some minerality showing as well. But you need to keep chilled to keep the acohol/heat from showing on the back end. Paired with grilled turkey burgers.

Interesting note. Sounds like it is aging well. I could never get past the alcohol in these.

You definitely have to keep it chilled. My wife tasted it at cellar temp and commented on the alcohol.
