Quality Inexpensive West Coast Whites?

Most of the day to day casual white wines that I have drunk this summer have been Italian, Spanish and Portuguese (with some Finger Lakes mixed in due to a recent trip). I’m looking for some suggestions for moderately priced ($20-25 per bottle) quality California, Oregon or Washington whites that could supplement or supplant my Euro consumption. Thanks in advance

eyrie pinot blanc is great stuff

Chaleur Estate Blanc from WA, made by Delille. Blend of sauvignon blanc and semillon.

Vincent pinot blanc is crazy good for the price (And Chardonnay). Also, Beau Rivage chenin blanc (but shhhh!).

Walter Scott bois mois chardonnay

Ryme Vermentino “Hers”, Ryme Vermentino “His”, Ryme Fiano, Arbe Garbe White Blend, Beau Rivage Chenin Blanc, Massican Vino Bianco, Massican Ribolla Gialla, Massican Annia, and any of the Tablas Creek white varietals. These are all high-acid, largely unoaked whites that form the backbone of my summer consumption…

Keeping to the Berserker theme, Ian Brand’s La Marea Albariño is delicious and his Le P’tit Paysan Chardonnay is pretty good as well. I second the recommendation of Vincent’s whites.

I’m also fond of Folk Machine White Light for an interesting floral white blend.

Calluna Estate Blanc, roughly 75% SB, 25% Semillon. I think it’s $28 on their site, can usually get it on BD or I believe they offer a case discount on their site. It’s our house go to white.

Thanks, all. Keep them coming. The only wine noted above that is in my regular rotation is Arbe Garbe, but they are above the requested price point

Erica Orr Wines and Turning Tide Wines both fit the bill.

Championship Bottle just released their chardonnay - case price is $24/btl. Really damn good chard from Oregon

Agree completely on anything from Ian Brand.

Add anything from Birichino to that list (They are close friends and kindred spirits to Ian Brand). They make a bunch of great whites including their Malvasia Bianca which is well south of $20. Absolutely delicious. Ian Brand also makes a Melon de Bourgona.

Vincent vine company Whites.

Goodfellow WV Chardonnay, Cameron WV Chardonnay, Goodfellow Whistling Ridge Blanc all of these are automatic case buys.

Ser Winery - Vermentino, Riesling, & most importantly Dry Orange Muscat

I love Saul’s wines and am a regular consumer. Great deals. I wasn’t aware that the new Chardonnay was released. Thanks

emailed last week!

Navarro! Consistently excellent sub $20 whites, especially in their mixed case deals with free shipping. Really the first name I think of for “california value”

It’s sub $20, but I’ve really enjoyed Brooks Amycas.

L’Ecole #41 Semillon - well under $20 - it does see some barrel fermentation, but it’s an absolutely beautiful expression of the grape.

Goodfellow WV Chardonnay

Thanks, Charlie. It was in my junk box!?!?

Entry level chardonnays from Goodfellow and Walter Scott are terrific values.

Cheers,
