Very cool thread i ran across after trying the 08 Sottimano Cotta last night in Boston. Very impressive but oh so young. The restaurant had the 09 regular Produttori and went with this for a few more bucks. Would have bit on the regular 08 if they still had it. While it is very young 2 recent bottles have shown they are opening up and were wonderful. Not enough experience to vote but look forward to continuing to try both and some older versions.
