Problems with n'finity cooler

Hi

I have the nfinity 170 model sold by best buy, its approx 30 months old and luckily i bought the warranty. Before i get tied up forever does anyone have experience of this unit, the issue is its not cooling the bottom zone so im guessing it needs recharging

Any experience or thoughts welcome

Is it filled to capacity?

Is the readout showing an error code? I recently had a problem with my dual zone n’finity cooler, which turned out to be a defective/burnt out temperature sensor. Wine Enthusiast was good enough to send me a free replacement part (twice as it appeared that the first one stopped functioning after 36 hours). The dual unit uses 2 sensors, but if the lower unit sensor fails, the whole unit stops cooling. Once replaced (for the second time) the unit has worked perfectly.
I believe the relevant error code was “E3”.

No error code
The top is at 55, bottom at 72 or room temp

Filled to about 60% right now

I reset and it is still misbehaving

Is there anything user serviceable or do I have to call them out ?
