We visited 2 places on our own before the wine tours, these were two places I visited in the past and thoroughly enjoyed.

  • Joseph Drouhin in Beaune
  • Domaine Drouhin Laroze (we had a private lunch prepared by the owner and purchased several half bottles for tasting)

Tour Day 1:
Armand Heitz in Pommard
Lunch at Olivier Leflaive in Puligny Montrachet
Henri de Villamont in Savigny lès Beaune (loved the reds from this place)
Domaine Pierre Mayeul in Beaune (loved the whites)

Tour Day 2:
Domaine Henri Gouges in Nuits Saint Georges
VOSNE Tasting Club (Loved the tastings)
Lunch at Le Millesime in Chambolle Musigny
Les Ursulines Jean Claude Boisset (amazing facility)
