Preventing Fermentation in the Bottle


Is there a preferred method of filtering to prevent wines with RS from refermenting in the bottle? I know that many CA producers have moved to cross-flow flitration and some now to velcorin instead of filtering at all (only works if the wine has gone thru ml). Are any of your producers using these techniques?
