Had one of the best meals of the year at Davenport back in June. Really great spot. Also what I’d consider to be a perfect wine list - not too big, not too small, all quality producers, fair prices, and a lot of emphasis on champagne!

@JDavisRoby - So for a Sunday, take a look at Higgins. They are the original farm to table restaurant for PDX have been around forever (and perhaps a bit forgotten). We have become friends with a former wait staff from Higggins and went with him for the first time on a whim a month ago and it was OUTSTANDING. We have been back since then with family and the experience was only better. They bring in a whole hog to make their own Charcuterie, but everything is fantastic.
