NEVER buy a wine room cooling unit from Wine Guardian ! I spent about $7000 on a Wine Guardian Unit 5 years ago and due to poor quality have had to since replace 80% of the original parts at a cost of over $4,000. These are parts that should last 5-15 years !
To make matters worse, the company offers a measly 1 year warranty and when I reached out to complain they told me to “pound sand” and offered nothing despite how poorly their system has performed.
They don’t care about quality or customer satisfaction ! Avoid their products at all cost !
