FWIW, the last two batches of Pliny I’ve had, 5/21 and 5/25, have both been stellar. Seems their upgraded brewing/bottling equipment is doing the trick. Quality definitely suffered somewhat when it was being contract brewed at Firestone during the upgrade process. Nice to have it back and better than ever!
contract brewing never works out, I don’t understand why breweries keep doing it. Toppling Goliath Psuedo Sue being the latest example
