Platonic Ideal Tasting?

Let’s say you wanted to put together a tasting where the lineup was the perfect platonic ideal wine from each classic region. The point is a wine must be chosen that perfectly represents the region and what makes that terroir so special, not a wine that is excellent but an outlier of its normal, classic style. The wine must be perfect and cost is irrelevant. It also must be in its peak drinking window right now, so not a wine that is legendary but long past peak, or one that has excellent potential but has not fully matured yet, so be sure to specify the exact vintage.

These might be too broad, but I’d still try to pick a perfect representative wine from just these classic categories, otherwise the list (and hypothetical tasting) would be too big:
