Missing fried onions for the authentic persian touch
YES, I heared this already. But I know only this version.
Simple, just start with frying the onions and a little turmeric, remove the onions and do the chicken as stated, then add the onions again when it’s almost done. Yummmm
I was going to do this tonight but I forgot to put it in the marinade. I’ll make it tomorrow…with the onions!
