Peach Clafoutis

Our Colorado peaches are showing up and this is about as good as we get!!

3-4 Peaches peeled and quartered

Blend:
1.25 C Milk 2% ( this is what I had )
3/4 C Sugar
3 eggs
1T vanilla
1/4t Salt
1/2 C AP Flour

Arrange quartered peaches in glass pie dish ( lightly oiled… I didn’t do this ), pour in blended ingredients, bake @ 350 for 45 min in a water bath ( i used it-- not sure you couldn’t go with out to help form an edge ), top with 2 packages of raw sugar, continue baking 15 min…

Paul - How did you peel the peaches? Straight up with a paring knife or drop them in boiling water?

T… these were really ripe… no blanching needed, just a raw peel… very easy… it was brought up that I could have macerated the peaches in the dish >>BTW-…
