PDX Wine Tasting Group - First 2026 Tasting

Tremendous event, thanks to Emery for being a wonderful host. Want to put a few links in the thread as I mentioned them at the tasting:

https://www.meatstuff.com/ - my friend who made the saucisson I brought. They also do a monthly sausage club, a monthly wine pop up with accompanying live fire cooked meats (under wine bar on their website) and arguably the best burger in portland.

https://www.street-disco.com/ - one of my go-to restaurants. Great food (octopus is alway great and the basque cheesecake causes fights).

https://www.nouveaufoodandwine.com/ - French with a twist. Have to drive out to St John’s but definitely worth it.
