Sad to see her leaving. I’ve enjoyed her as host on the show. I wonder who will replace her?

That’s so sad. I have one of her recipes bookmarked in the first cookbook I ever owned “Secrets of the Beat Chefs”. It was her “Beast Sauce ”, a take on demi glacé. Loved to make that, especially with Beef Wellington.
Insanely sad.
