Opportunities for stocking your larder

I thought it would be nice to have a thread where people could let others know of food items or sources that they can recommend, especially if there’s a good opportunity to purchase (like a good discount offer).
I’ll start with an Alaska-based tinned fish company that produces entirely hand-made products: Wildfish Cannery. I’ve enjoyed everything I’ve tried from them. Wildfish is family-run and one of the few remaining fish-canning operations left in the US. There’s a 20% off offer at the moment using the discount code PAPAGREG20.

Anything you like in particular?

They’re out of it at the moment, but keep an eye out for the smoked white king salmon belly which appears periodically in limited runs. The smoked herring is good–I sometimes have that (in place of kippers) with eggs for breakfast, or with potatoes for dinner. I just re-ordered the habanero coho–I like this on a bagel with cream cheese. Also ordered the rockfish with sumac which will be new to me, but I’m thinking that might be a nice stuffing for a taco.

If you like conservas (and varied accoutrements such as salsa Espinaler and vintage sterling sardine forks), I can’t recommend Rainbow Tomatoes Garden too highly–amazing selection and terrific, genuinely personal service.

Here’s another–today (4 June) only:
