Here is $15.2m on the tip of Cedar Point in Woodland MN, that extends into the center of Wayzata Bay, which is the northeast corner of Lake Minnetonka. Not much of a wine cellar, but incredible 320 degree lake views.

Edit to add; 1700 feet of lake shore on the property.

That red carrier was once offered by the Wine Enthusiast, and I have been looking for it ever since. The best way to transport wine in a suitcase.
