There are Platinum offers in both the Last Chance and Premium offers. I thought everyone saw Premium offers. If not I’m guessing all it took was an email requesting to see the Premium offers.
Can’t believe this is the first I’m hearing about “platinum offers.” Everyone is able see the “last chance” and “premium” offers. However, how can I tell which offers on the “premium” page are “platinum” offers?
I honestly don’t know the exact differences. But if I’m logged into my account there are Platinum Exclusive offers in the Last Chance Wine offerings, and there are Platinum Exclusive offerings in the Premium Selection offers. If you are not logged into your account the Platinum Exclusive offers are not displayed in either category. Marketing? Perhaps, because I don’t think you can purchase without establishing an account.
Have you purchased from WTSO for some time? I have been a regular purchaser from WTSO for the past year+ and see no “platinum” offers when logged in. Just curious. I did send them an inquiry.
A couple of years back, “Platinum” (which required a request to access, nothing more) was changed to “Premium”, which requires no special request. I used the terms interchangeably, which may account for the confusion.
I emailed WTSO yesterday requesting access to the “Platinum” offers. They emailed me back this morning and, presto, this morning I had several “Platinum offers” available to me in both the “last chance” and “premium” sections. Premium offers and Platinum offers are definitely not one in the same.
Opera Super Tuscan Toscano Rosso IGT 2016 98 points Luca Maroni (whoever that is)
I bought this for $12.99 and after one bottle wanted to send the rest back for a refund as it was terrible. I give WTSO credit as they said keep it and refunded me for the 4 bottles. Can’t fault their great customer service but someone to put their name on a terrible wine with a 98 point score is questionable.
