I met Peter a couple years back at a pouring hosted by The St. Francis Yacht Club in SF. The wines he was pouring were bonkers. They were the highlight for me amongst 40 or so heavy hitters from Napa and Sonoma. His enthusiasm and passion for South African wines is admirable. My favorites were the Brookdale whites. Pound for pound will hold their own against Ebin Sadie’s whites (which I am a huge fan). Rarely does QPR exist like this in the states.
Although not offered here Scions of Sinai Swanesang Syrah competes on the world stage of Syrah. What a wine!

Hi Sue - Thanks for checking in. Third Party shipping does not cost extra. The process is just a bit longer. Once a week, all third party orders are collected (usually Fridays) and temp-control-trucked to the nearest hub. From there, the wine will be shipped via UPS last mile. The entire process usually takes ~7 business days. You’ll receive a tracking number once the order has been packed and is in transit to the hub, which will keep you informed of where the wine is at in its journey (whether it’s in hub-to-hub transit or UPS).
