@paigecole What is the aging timeframe for the Edaphos 6-pack? I’m sure I’ll want to try one sooner than later to have a baseline, but I don’t want to try it too soon. Thanks in advance for the guidance and Happy BD15
@Jake_W I’d recommend trying one of each to have a baseline, and the following aging per wine:
Cabernet - 7-10 years
Syrah - 5-7 years
Petite Arvine - Drinking beautifully now - enjoy in next couple years!
