Im a big fan of Pearl and Ash, which was mentioned. Agree it deserves its spot.

The hyperbole of the first couple of paragraphs should incite a few people.
I like the list of restaurants. Thankfully for some of those restaurants where the list has real gems, Asimov didn’t identify them. I am worried that the Ganevat will get cleaned out of Reynard…
I too like the list of the restaurants, at least the ones that I’ve dined at and seen the wine lists.
Nice Matin at number 11 was a pleasant surprise for me last week. It was a last-minute decision for us to go for dinner prior to a show at the Beacon, and I was able to peruse the robust list in this unassuming French bistro in the UWS. I couldn’t resist ordering a bottle 2006 Clos Rougeard Les Poyeux at a very reasonable cost. PSA for Loire geeks: I also spotted a 2007 Le Bourg priced at just north of $150.
Not to mention the Overnoy, which has likely already been cleaned out. But I know a place where you can drink the Overnoy Poulsard on a restaurant list in Brooklyn for under $100, and it’s not Reynard. Shoot me an e-mail.
Disagree on Babbo for Italian wines. Babbo has a very long list, but Felidia’s is better with fewer options.
